Carbon Valley Parks and Recreation District's fitness program strives to positively impact our community and surrounding areas by providing the highest-quality experience through safe, effective, and fun fitness programming.
We offer a variety of exercise options to meet your fitness needs. Challenge yourself with any of our many group fitness classes tailored to all fitness levels. We offer state-of-the-art treadmills, ellipticals, stair steppers, stationary bikes, and more in our cardio area. Work out in our weight room, circuit machine area, or outdoor fitness area (weather permitting). We have many options whether you're looking for weight training, athletic and cardiovascular training, or a personalized program with one of our nationally accredited personal trainers.

Celebrate the Fall Equinox with a 90-minute yoga practice honoring the shift from summer’s vibrant energy to fall’s grounding calm. Flow through warming sun salutations and warrior sequences, explore balancing poses, and unwind with a soothing restorative finish

- Group Fitness Classes are included in your visit! Group fitness classes are on a drop-in basis, which means some of our buiser classes may require you to arrive at least 20 minutes early. Simply stop by the front desk to grab a participation card for the class you'd like to attend no more than 90 minutes prior to the class. No need to register. Youth participation in fitness classes
- The minimum age for participation in fitness classes is 13.
- Participants must demonstrate appropriate behavior at all times. Disruptive behavior will not be permitted and may result in removal from the class.
- Due to the technical and physically demanding nature of the programming, Les Mills classes require participants to be 15 years of age or older.
