Carbon Valley Parks and Recreation District's fitness program strives to positively impact our community and surrounding areas by providing the highest quality experience through safe, effective and fun fitness programming. 

We offer a variety of exercise options to meet your fitness needs. Challenge yourself with any of our many group fitness classes tailored to all fitness levels.  We offer state-of-the-art treadmills, ellipticals, stair steppers, stationary bikes and more in our cardio area. Work out in our weight room, circuit machine area or outdoor fitness area (weather permitting). We have many options whether you're looking for weight training, athletic and cardiovascular training or a personalized program with one of our nationally accredited personal trainers.

Women's Weight Training

This small group class is designed specifically for women to help gain confidence and transform your mind and body while learning how to lift free weights, circuit equipment and more with an emphasis on proper form and technique. 

Instructor: Tana Greene, nationally certified personal trainer
