Harvest & Holly Market: Celebrate the season of thanks & joy

Join us for a festive day at the Harvest & Holly Market on Sunday, November 15, 2026, from 11:00 am – 3:00 pm at the Carbon Valley Recreation Center, 701 5th Street, Frederick, CO 80530!

This year’s market features over 40 local boutiques, artisans, and crafters showcasing unique gifts and handmade treasures for the season. There will also be a kids' corner and food truck treats.

Bring the whole family to enjoy a festive atmosphere, shop local, and make memories while supporting our talented Colorado makers. Whether you’re looking for holiday décor, one-of-a-kind gifts, or just a fun community outing, there’s something for everyone at the Harvest & Holly Market!

Important Vendor Requirements

Vendors are required by the State of Colorado to obtain a special event license before the Harvest & Holly Market and must submit taxes after the event. We recommend applying for the license as soon as your application has been approved, as processing can take time. Follow the link below for step-by-step instructions on applying for a special event license and submitting taxes. Vendors who do not submit their license before October 15, 2026, will forfeit their spot without a refund. Sales taxes for the Town of Frederick are collected by the State of Colorado.

How to apply for a Special Event License

The Town of Frederick sales tax: 3.5%
Weld County sales tax: 0.00%
State of Colorado Sales Tax: 2.9%
Total sales tax you must collect and remit: 6.4%

Note: You will also have to provide your own table and chairs; electricity is limited and not guaranteed. Register and reach out asap if you require electricity.

We are looking for local and community-minded artisans, crafters, and business owners to join us for a festive indoor market. This family-friendly event will feature live entertainment, kids' activities, and plenty of shopping for visitors of all ages. This year, we have 2 food truck vendor spaces, 48 market vendor spaces, and 4 mini/youth vendor spaces available. Applications for in-district vendors go live on August 19; out-of-district vendors on September 9. Set-up begins at 9:00 am, and tear-down must be complete by 4:00 pm. Spaces are limited, and the event fills up quickly, so don’t wait to apply!
