Carbon Valley Gymnastics Center
The Carbon Valley Gymnastics Center includes a full-sized competition floor, in-ground tumble trak (trampoline) leading into the large foam pit, cargo net, a large variety of preschool equipment, and all the basic equipment for both boys and girls gymnastics programs.

Things To Know
- Safety is our number one priority! Gymnasts with no prior experience should register for classes based on age.
- Regular attendance is important-no make-ups. Gymnastics is a sport that uses progressions to build skills. Missing classes may cause your child to fall behind.
- Each class level challenges gymnasts appropriately and has a set list of skills that must be mastered before advancing to the next level.
- Every child is different, and some may take longer to complete the skill requirements for each level.
- Gymnastics Attire: Fitted/tucked in shirt, shorts/leggings/sweats, or leotards. No buttons/zippers/snaps. Hair must be pulled back away from face. No jewelry.
Open Gym
Experience gymnastics without being in a structured class. Children can dive into some fun while playing on the equipment and learning how it's used. They'll have a blast climbing the cargo net, walking on the balance beams, tumbling on mats, and jumping down the 40 foot trampoline track into the giant foam pit. Prior class experience is not needed. No clothing with zippers, snaps or buttons, please.
