1000lb/500lb Club

New for 2026

The 1000-lb (Men)/500-lb (Women) Club Challenge is a weightlifting competition that involves the cumulative total of a 1 Rep Max Bench Press, Squat, and Deadlift. The total weight lifted across all three lifts must be equal to 1000lbs or more for men and 500-lb or more for women within one hour to qualify for the club. This challenge is all about strength, technique, and pushing yourself to new limits, alongside a community that values hard work, encouragement, and camaraderie.
