Updates on CVPRD Proposed Outdoor Aquatics,  Indoor Activities Facilities, and Recreation Center Renovation: 

Carbon Valley Parks and Recreation District is proposing a new recreational Aquatics and Activities facility, along with necesary renovations to our current Recreation Center for your consideration this fall.  More than bricks and mortar, this expansion is designed to serve our growing community now and for future generations to come.

The new outdoor Aquatics and indoor Activities center is a location where families can spend quality time together over fun-filled swimming days, and athletes can perfect their skills and sportsmanship on high-quality basketball courts and turf fields. Community members of all ages and abilities can find their path to wellness through fitness classes and activities. All of this will be accessible to Carbon Valley Parks and Recreation District members with a single membership pass, ensuring that 95% of District residents are within a 10-minute drive of one of our recreational amenities.

This proposal is focused on community wellness and connection.  From summer camps to youth leagues to adult sports to outdoor aquatics, this proposal is designed to serve everyone in the Carbon Valley Parks and Recreation District for many years to come.
