Carbon Valley Parks and Recreation District is growing. We need your input on our election steering committee to support our efforts to increase and enhance recreational opportunities for CVPRD residents in our 2024 ballot proposal.

Steering Committee Responsibilities:

Meet the 2nd Wednesday of every month from May 8 through August 14, and continue to advocate as a community member through the November election.
Contribute to and advise CVPRD’s messaging and outreach efforts ahead of the November election.
Support voter education through grassroots efforts, special events, and community outreach.

Am I eligible to vote in the Carbon Valley Parks & Recreation District?
As a community leader, what unique quality do I bring to the table and what can I contribute?
Do I believe in Carbon Valley’s vision and the ballot proposal’s viability?

Compliance Officer

Carbon Valley Parks and Recreation District has designated a compliance officer for website disability-related accommodations. The compliance officer has received training in website accessibility and updates the site in accordance with those best practices. Contact our accessibility officer to report an issue.
