Whether you are new to these formats or an expert, all will benefit from each series and help you develop strong, fun, safe, and effective workouts!

Zumba Series

The Zumba series will teach fun Zumba steps such as Merengue, Salsa, Cumbia and Reggaeton as your instructor breaks down each basic step and how to execute different variations. Elevate your Zumba experience every time you step into class!

Yoga Series

The Yoga series will help students understand and improve their physical alignment in yoga poses, with a focus on safety and how to avoid injury. Learn yoga principles that covers anatomy, alignment and the proper use of props.

Les Mills Bodypump Series

Les Mills Bodypump series. Learn how to execute powerful movements and lifts to gain more strength in our Bodypump Technique, Strength and Development series.
