Join us for a festive day at the Harvest & Holly Market on Sunday, November 16, 2025, from 11:00 am – 3:00 pm at the Carbon Valley Recreation Center, 701 5th Street, Frederick, CO 80530!

This year’s market is a fresh take on our beloved community event, formerly known as the Holiday Marketplace, featuring 40 local boutiques, artisans, and crafters showcasing unique gifts and handmade treasures for the season.

✨ Special Guests & Performances:

  • Ice Princess: 11:00 am – 1:00 pm, in her beautiful holiday dress
  • Belle: 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm, spreading holiday magic
  • Legacy Dance Performance Company: Live performance starting at 1:30 pm

Calling All Vendors 

We’re looking for talented artisans, crafters, and boutiques to showcase their creations at this year’s market. Each vendor will receive a dedicated space to display and sell your items, giving you the opportunity to connect with shoppers, grow your audience, and share your passion with the community.

Set up begins at 9:00 am, and tear down must be complete by 4:00 pm. Spaces are limited and the event fills up quickly, so don’t wait to apply!

Vendor Requirements:
  • Vendors must obtain a special event license from the State of Colorado prior to the market and submit taxes after the event.
  • We recommend applying for your license as soon as your application is approved to allow time for processing.
  • Vendors who do not submit their license by October 15, 2025, will forfeit their spot without a refund.
