Group Fitness

Carbon Valley Parks and Recreation District's fitness program strives to positively impact our community and surrounding areas by providing the highest quality experience through safe, effective and fun fitness programming. Our group fitness classes will challenge you and help you achieve your goals. Highly trained, certified and qualified instructors teach low impact to high impact classes and everything in between.

Fitness classes are held at the Carbon Valley Recreation Center unless stated otherwise. Drop-in group fitness classes are included with daily admission fees or rec center membership passes.

LesMills Bodypump HEAVY! 

HEAVY will be offered the 2nd and 4th weeks each month during the following Bodypump classes:

Wednesday | 9:15 AM | Whitney
Thursday | 12 PM | Suzi
Thursday | 6 PM | Sammy

Begins January 7, 2026

The Thursday 5:35 am class will become a Bodypump HEAVY class beginning January 15. Instructor: Cathy
