Carbon Valley offers Compulsory 3, Compulsory 4, and Optional Team programs for gymnasts looking to take their skills to the next level in a supportive and competitive environment. Our teams compete in the CARA Gymnastics League, a recreational league designed for beginning, intermediate, and advanced team gymnasts.
Instructor consent required.

Competition Season:

• CARA meets are held April–July within Colorado
• Teams compete in 4–6 local meets each season

Team Levels:

• Compulsory 3 & 4: Focus on refining compulsory skills on bars, beam, floor, and vault, preparing gymnasts to progress through the CARA levels with proper technique, consistency, and confidence.
• Optional Team: Designed for gymnasts who have mastered the compulsory levels, this program emphasizes advanced skills, personalized routines, and higher-level competitive development.

Gymnasts on our teams gain strength, flexibility, body awareness, and confidence while learning teamwork, sportsmanship, and the joy of competitive gymnastics. The Carbon Valley program provides a pathway for every gymnast to grow, challenge themselves, and reach their full potential.
