Recreation Center Rentals
Need space to hold a meeting, party, or special event?
The Carbon Valley Parks & Recreation District has you covered. We offer several types of rental spaces and birthday party packages at the Rec Center.
Rentals are available during regular business hours. Set-up, cleaning, and supervision of participants are the responsibility of the renter. Damage that occurs during the rental will be invoiced and must be paid in full prior to any future reservation or registration for a CVPRD program.
Rentals, parties, and facility reservations may be cancelled one week prior to the scheduled date for a refund minus a 10% processing fee. Cancellations with less than seven days notice will be refunded 50% of the reservation fee.

Pool Party Package
- $95 District, $120 Non-District (per 1.5 hour block)
- Booking is 3 months out at a time
- Includes swim time

Multi-Purpose Room (MPR)
- $90/hr District, $113/hr Non-District
Capacity: 60 People

The Multi-Purpose Room (The Lounge) is a great space to host large groups such as board meetings, HOA meetings, and more! This room is set up with a TV for presentations.

The swim party package includes use of the Pool Party Room and swim time for up to 25 guests.
The Pool Party Room is located next to the pool and the guest services desk at the Recreation Center entrance. The Pool Party Room features ample counter space for presents and party decorations with access to a fridge and sink.
