Karen is a certified RYT-500 Yoga Alliance Instructor. She is also certified as an ACE Group Fitness Instructor, SilverSneakers and Gravity Yoga. Karen teaches many formats of yoga from youth to older adults in private and group fitness classes. Her specializations are Stretching & Flexibility training, Breath Work, Yoga for Beginners, Youth and Older Adults.
I believe every body is different, so each person needs to find what is best for them as an individual. Yoga is about listening to your own body and doing what is right in the moment. With a focus on stretching to improve flexibility and mobility, I will work with you towards your goals in all areas including strength, balance and flexibility.
