Exciting Updates at the Carbon Valley Gymnastics Center!
We’re thrilled to share that construction is officially underway on the long-awaited expansion of our gymnastics facility! One of the most exciting improvements includes a larger, upgraded lobby designed to enhance the experience for both parents and participants.
The project is gaining momentum after some initial foundation delays, and we’re happy to report that it remains on track for completion by the end of the year. In the coming weeks, crews will complete the new outer walls, then remove the old exterior to begin interior construction.
Work Completed So Far
- Demolition of offices and front lobby
- Framing of new administrative offices
- Foundation excavation
Next Steps
- Finish rebar installation for the foundation
- Pour the foundation for the new lobby
Temporary Facility Changes
To help keep everything running safely and smoothly during construction, please review the following updates:
- Please use the Preschool Room Entrance on the south side of the building.
- A temporary lobby space is available inside the Preschool Room.
- There will be occasional adjustments to the temporary lobby area during the project.
- Please pay attention to all posted signage.
- Drinking fountains will not be available—please ensure your child arrives with a filled water bottle.
- Interior construction walls are in place—please do not lean on these as they are not stable.
