Gymnastics Camps

Looking for a fun, active way for your child to spend their school break? Our half-day gymnastics camp is designed to boost social skills, build physical fitness, and develop new abilities in a safe, encouraging environment. Campers will:

  • Improve coordination and body awareness
  • Learn to interact confidently with their surroundings
  • Practice perseverance to overcome challenges
  • Develop life skills like listening, following directions, and respecting others

All while having a blast! Each day is packed with fun drills, games, and skill-building activities that keep kids moving, learning, and smiling.

We will be offering 2 days of camps:

December 29: 9am-12:30pm
December 30: 9am-12:30pm

Registration closes December 28.

9-9:10am - Check In
9:10-9:30am - Group Warm Up/Stretch/Rules
9:30-10am - Structured Gymnastics Skills (Bars, Beams, Floor, Trampoline, Vault)
10-10:30am - Structured Gymnastics Skills (Bars, Beams, Floor, Trampoline, Vault)
10:30-11am - Structured Gymnastics Skills (Bars, Beams, Floor, Trampoline, Vault)
11-11:15am - Snack Break (snacks not provided)
11:15am-12pm - Group Activity/Game
12-12:30pm - Open Gym
