Digital Membership Cards

Forgot your scan card?

Your membership card can now go wherever your phone goes! Simply sign in to your CivicRec account on your mobile device to access your digital membership, see your barcode, and scan in at the facility.

How do I sign in to my account?

If you've registered for a program or purchased a membership, you have a CivicRec account. You can go to our registration catalog to log in or reset your password with the email address that you used when you purchased your pass or registered for a program. You can log in to our CivicRec catalog at carbonvalleyrec.gov/register. 

You will need to enter your email address for the "forgot password" option to show. 

Find your Digital Barcode

  1. Once you've logged into your account, go to your account dashboard and scroll until you find "Manage Memberships". 
  2. Select the pass you want to scan. 
  3. Scroll to the barcode or save to wallet.

Add to your Digital Wallet

You can also save your membership card to your phone's digital wallet to quickly access registration tickets when you need them. Below your barcode, you'll see an option to add your digital membership card to your phone's digital wallet. With no need to log in every time, you'll never skip a workout, game, or event at Carbon Valley Rec.
