Community Center Rentals

Need space to hold a meeting, party, or special event?

A countertop with a tissue box, fruit, cupcakes, cookies, disposable utensils, and a shopping bag from Carbon Valley Parks.

 

The Carbon Valley Parks & Recreation District has you covered. We offer several types of rental spaces and birthday party packages at the Community Center. 

Rentals are available during regular business hours. Set-up, cleaning, and supervision of participants are the responsibility of the renter. Damage that occurs during the rental will be invoiced and must be paid in full prior to any future reservation or registration for a CVPRD program. 

Rentals, parties, and facility reservations may be cancelled one week prior to the scheduled date for a refund minus a 10% processing fee. Cancellations with less than seven days notice will be refunded 50% of the reservation fee.

  • District: $650 for first 4 hours ($150 per hour after first 4 hours)
  • Non-District: $975 for first 4 hours ($225 per hour after first 4 hours)

Craft Room

Community Room 

Get the party started!

The Community Room is great for baby showers, birthdays, graduation parties, wedding receptions and more! A catering kitchen with direct access to the Community Room makes your event a breeze! This room has ample space for your event with a commercial refrigerator and freezer, ice machine, sound system, counter space for presents, food and drinks.

The Craft Room is a great location to host smaller gatherings such as board meetings, scout meetings, and more. This room is set up with a TV for presentations and has countertop space.
