Tax and Licensing
Vendors are required by the State of Colorado to obtain a special event license prior to the Holiday Marketplace and must submit taxes after the event. We recommend applying for the license as soon as possible because it takes time for the State to process applications. Click here for more information and step-by-step instructions about how to apply for the license and how to submit taxes after the event.

CVPRD is required by law to provide a list of the sellers participating in the event to the Department of Revenue within 10 days of the event. Vendors who do not file their taxes for this event will be subject to enforcement action by the State (it's a misdemeanor).
