All of the vendor booth spaces have been sold for the 2021 event.

2021 Vendor Information

Fee
$40 per space.

Electricity
$5 (we have sold all of our booths with electricity for 2021)

Booth Spaces
Booth spaces are 8’ x 8’. 60 spaces are available in the gymnasium at the rec center. Booth assignments will be emailed to vendors the week of the event. 

Refunds
Once accepted, no refunds will be issued (unless the District has to cancel due to COVID-19 mandates). The event will take place rain or shine.

Expo Hours
9 am – 2 pm. Vendors must keep their booth open until 2 pm.

Set-up
Saturday, November 9
6 am – 9 am (please note, Friday night set-up is not available this year)

Tear-Down
2 - 5 pm

Tables & Equipment
Vendors must supply their own tables, shelves, and other display materials. 

Chairs
Vendors must supply their own chairs. 

If you are accepted as a vendor, an acceptance letter will be emailed to you within two weeks.
