Aqua Fitness Classes

Aqua Fitness classes will begin on Monday, July 6. Please see the updated schedule below for class days and times.

  • There are no additional fees for any of our aqua fitness classes. All group fitness classes are included with recreation center admission or membership.
  • All aqua fitness classes require a number card which can be picked up at the front desk up to 90 minutes before class. 
  • Classes are limited to 10 people at this time. 
  • Water shoes are recommended for all river classes.

AQUA BOOT CAMP
Intervals, plyometrics and drills guaranteed to bring results with this explosive workout. Limit 9. Lap Pool.

AQUA POWER
Get your heart pumping during this moderate-intensity full-body workout. Class includes both cardio and muscle conditioning segments using a variety of equipment followed by active stretching. Limit 9. Lap pool.

NEW! AQUA ZUMBA®
Aqua Zumba® blends the Zumba® philosophy with water resistance for a one pool party you shouldn’t miss! Limit 9. Lap Pool.

DEEP WATER AQUA TONE
Uses belts and noodles for support in deep water. Exercises will challenge the core without stress on the joints. Comfort in deep water is encouraged. Limit 10. Lap pool. (Currently not available)

RIVER EXTREME*
A fast-paced river class designed to challenge and condition the entire body. Limit 10. River. (Currently not available)

RIVER STRENGTH
Utilizes resistance with tools, aerobic intervals and active recovery providing a great calorie burning workout. Limit 10. River. (Currently not available)
