Rental Information

Need space to hold a meeting, party, or special event? The Carbon Valley Recreation Center has you covered. Choose from our Warrior Room, Miners Room, or the Multi-Purpose Room.

Rentals are available during regular business hours. The full rental fee is due at the time the reservation is made. Set-up, cleaning, and supervision of participants are the responsibility of the renter. Damage that occurs during the rental will be invoiced and must be paid in-full prior to any future reservation or registration for a CVPRD program. Rentals, parties, and facility reservations may be cancelled one week prior to the scheduled date for a refund minus a 10% processing fee. Cancellations with less than seven days notice will be refunded 50% of the reservation fee.

Birthday Swim Party Package

Celebrate your special event at the rec center and create memories that last a lifetime. The birthday and swim party package includes use of the Miners Room and swimming for up to 20 guests.

Additional swimmers are $2.50 each.

Gymnastics Birthday Party Package

Kids will have a blast tumbling, jumping, and playing with their friends while celebrating their special day at the Carbon Valley Gymnastics Center. You bring the food and drinks, we bring the fun! The gymnastics birthday party package includes 45 minutes of exclusive use in the gymnastics facility and 45 minutes in the party room for up to 10 people. Additional participants (up to 15 total) are $9 per person. Students currently enrolled in a gymnastics classes receive $10 off the gymnastics birthday party package. 

Party Times
Saturdays from 1 - 2:30 pm and 3 - 4:30 pm. 
Parties at 3 pm are only available when a 1 pm party is already booked.
