Rental Information

Need space to hold a meeting, party, or special event? The Carbon Valley Recreation Center has you covered. Choose from our Warrior Room, Miner’s Room, or the Multi-Purpose Room.

Rentals are available during regular business hours. The full rental fee is due when the reservation is made. Set-up, cleaning, and supervision of participants are the responsibility of the renter. Damage that occurs during the rental will be invoiced and must be paid in full prior to any future reservation or Carbon Valley Parks and Recreation District program registration.

Birthday Party Packages

Includes 90 minutes in one of our party rooms, access to the pool and admission for 20 swim participants. Additional swimmers $2.50 each. The fee is $95 for district and $120 for non-district.

Gymnastics Birthday Party Package

Kids will have a blast tumbling, jumping, and playing with their friends. You bring the food and drinks, we bring the fun! The gymnastics birthday party package includes 45 minutes in the gymnastics facility and 45 minutes in the party room. Up to 10 people are included with the fee. Each additional participant (up to 15 total) is $8 per person. Students currently enrolled in a gymnastics class receive $10 off a birthday party package.

Parties are available on Saturdays at 1 pm and 3 pm. Parties at 3 pm are only available when a 1 pm party is booked. To book a party call the Gymnastics Center at 303-833-2765.
