The Carbon Valley Gymnastics Center includes a full-size competition floor, in-ground tumble trak (trampoline) leading into the large foam pit, cargo net, a large variety of preschool equipment, and all the basic equipment for both boys and girls gymnastics programs. We invite you to stop by and observe our classes.
Session Fees and Registration
Classes run on three-month sessions. Once a participant is signed up for a session, they are committed through the end of the session. Participants can register during the session if space is available. Priority Registration begins 4 weeks prior to the start of a new session and is only available to currently enrolled and paid participants. During this time, current clients may re-enroll or change their schedule. Priority Registration continues for 2 weeks, after which time, classes are opened to new families wishing to register.
Make-up classes and refunds are not offered for missed classes. Refunds will not be permitted after seven days past a session's start date.
In case of inclement weather that may result in CVPRD closure, the Carbon Valley Parks and Recreation District web site will announce the closure of the gymnastics program. If communication does not mention cancellation, all classes are as scheduled. Staff will continuously assess conditions while evaluating decisions made by St. Vrain Valley School District, Town/City Public Works Departments, current and forecasted weather, and internal policies/procedures. In the case of cancellations, credits will be provided on your account.
Gymnastics Payment Options
In full: Payments can be made IN FULL for the session. This payment option is due at time of registration and provides a 10% discount off your child's gymnastics session tuition.
Monthly: Initial payment due at time of registration. A credit card must be placed on file to draft payment on the 1st of the second and third months of the session. Written notice of withdraw from class must be given to the Gymnastics Front Desk staff by the 25th of the previous month in which you would like to withdraw your child. Requests after the 25th are subject to a $5 processing fee.
