Advanced Care’s motto is "Everyone Should Know How To Save A Life". We take this very serious and offer affordable, fun training for all group sizes and age groups on-site or at our locations. Advanced Care was established in 1995 by Debra Waller, and has grown to be a family organization. Each of the instructors have a niche to meet each student at their comfort level and are carrying on the high quality, fun life saving training. So whether you are a young babysitter starting out or a health professional we can provide the necessary training to help prepare you to save a life.
Registration closes: The Tuesday before class at 11:59pm. If the program does not meet minimum registrants, participants will be notified of a cancellation the Wednesday before class.
Advanced Care: Babysitting Course
First-time babysitters learn CPR/First Aid, growth and development, personal safety, discipline, fire safety, basic child care feeding, diapering, and bathing. Participants receive a babysitting certificate and CPR/First Aid certification through the American Heart Association. Refunds will not be given for no-shows. Please bring a sack lunch to class. Advanced Care: Home Alone With First Aid
Children who will be left home alone for short periods of time will benefit from this course. Safe decision making, constructive time management, personal safety, and first aid basics are taught along side prevention for burns, cuts, fractures/sprains and choking.
