Youth Fitness

Our Junior Trainers program teaches children how to use weight and cardio room equipment, proper weight room etiquette, and basic human anatomy. Participation in class is required for access to weight and cardio rooms with adult supervision. Age: 13-14
Select one of the following training dates: 
Tuesdays from 6 - 7 pm:  May 7, June 4, July 2
Saturdays from 9:45 - 10:45 am:  May 18, June 15, July 20
