Junior Trainers

Our Junior Trainers program teaches youth how to use weight and cardio room equipment, proper weight room etiquette, and basic human anatomy by one of our certified personal trainers. Participation in class is required for access to weight and cardio rooms with adult supervision. Parent must attend class with 11 and 12 year old. Age: 11 to 14

Tuesdays
January 7 and 21, February 4 and 18, March 3 and 17, April 7 and 21
6 - 7 pm 

Saturdays
January 11 and 25, Feb 8 and 22, Mar 7 and 21, April 4 and 18 
9:30 - 10:30 am
