AQUA BOOT CAMP
This 45 minute class includes Intervals, plyometrics, and drills in the hydrodynamic pool environment results in an explosive workout. Lap pool.
Get your heart pumping during this moderate intensity full body workout. Class includes both cardio and muscle conditioning segments using a variety of equipment followed by active stretching. Lap pool.
This class uses a variety of equipment and formats to build stamina and muscle conditioning. Lap pool.
A gentle low impact workout utilizing principles and movement of traditional mat yoga and adapting them to the aquatic setting. Finding optimum stretch through buoyancy to connect with the breath and achieve a sense of tranquility. Lap Pool.
AQUA ZUMBA® - Starts October 6
Aqua Zumba® blends the Zumba® philosophy with water resistance, for one pool party you shouldn't miss! There is less impact on your joints during an Aqua Zumba® class so you can really let loose. Water creates natural resistance, which means every step is more challenging and helps tone your muscles. Lap pool.
A fast paced river class designed to challenge and condition the entire body. Limit 10. River.
Build endurance and increase your muscular strength, including core and balance, in this effective fast paced workout. Activity pool area (shallow).
DEEP WATER AQUA TONE
Uses belts and noodles for support in deep water. Exercises will challenge the core without stress on the joints. Comfort in deep water is encouraged. Limit 10. Lap pool.
A great full body workout in the River. This hour alternates between aerobic intervals and active recovery providing a great cardio and caloric burning workout. River.
