All CVPRD group fitness classes are included with passes, punch cards, or daily admission. There are no additional costs.
30/30 CYCLE POWER
30 minutes of cycling followed by 30 minutes of strength training off the bike. A perfect combination of cardio and strength.
30 MINUTE H.I.I.T
This High Intensity Interval Training class concentrates on short bursts of intervals to provide improved athletic
capacity, strength and cardiovascular fitness.

Kick-start your metabolism through a series of short, high intensity intervals. Don’t like being in the seat for an hour? You’ve found the right class. Short, but intense. For all fitness levels
ALL LEVELS YOGA
A Vinyasa style class, synchronizing breath with movement. This class builds balance, strength, tones the mind and body and leaves you feeling invigorated. Focuses on alignment and safety, with modifications for advanced poses, inversions and arm balances. Here you will experience a variety of new and different sequences allowing you to become completely present on your mat. Expect to build heat through breath, sweat, twisting and balance. Great for beginners and challenging enough for experienced yogis.
High intensity exercise class designed to increase strength, speed, muscular and cardiovascular endurance.
The original barbell class that shapes, tones and strengthens your entire body. Great music and your choice of weight inspires you to get the results you came for—and fast! This 60-minute addictive workout challenges all of your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises such as squats, presses, deadlifts and curls. ‘KIA KAHA’…Forever Strong!

Low impact yoga class perfect for the new or beginning yogi, looking for a peaceful and relaxing experience.
Technique, power and cardiovascular endurance training for all levels of cyclists.
This cardio-based class combines elements of max interval training using athletic and plyometric drills to increase speed, agility, strength and endurance. Intended for all fitness levels.
You’re on the clock! Timed intervals will help improve strength, stamina and agility by incorporating all muscle groups to get in shape fast.
INTRO TO YOGA
Yogis of all levels are welcome to this short introduction to some of the most commonly used postures in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga style yoga. Each session focuses on breath and alignment for standing, seated, and reclined postures in a safe, welcoming environment. *Offered the first Monday of every month.
Through continuous movement, Pilates will lengthen, strengthen, sculpt and tone all major muscle groups with an emphasis on core. Pilates helps improve posture, flexibility and balance. This Mat Pilates class will also utilize the FitBall®, along with other tools, to achieve maximum results! Beginner to advanced welcome.
Combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of Yoga. We crank up the speed to deliver a true fat-burning, low impact workout.
Relax, Renew & Rejuvenate! Join me for a deep relaxing style of yoga. The modern pace of life has led to many health problems and the root of most stress. Restorative yoga focuses on alleviating stress through a receptive practice. Asanas are held for longer periods using props for support. This yoga class is great for all body types, ages and new practitioners, as well as experienced yogis.
This workout focuses on cardiovascular endurance. Includes easy to follow low- impact movement and upper body strength, abdominal conditioning, stretching and relaxation exercises designed to energize your active lifestyle. Floor option is available in this class.
Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work with handheld weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SILVERSNEAKERS® ball is alternated with nonimpact choreography. A chair is offered for support, stretching and relaxation exercises.
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activity for daily living skills. Handheld weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball are offered for resistance; and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
STRENGTH AND TONE
Work all the major muscle groups in this well-rounded sculpting class. Hand weights, bars, resistance tubes, and balls are all incorporated in this class. This is a great overall workout without the cardio.
STRETCH & FLEX
This class uses dance elements for strengthening and lengthening muscles. Blending Yoga, Pilates and deep tissue release with foam rollers, you’re sure to feel more relaxed and stretched out leaving this class.
Gentle moving poses and low impact exercises that helps build balance, a healthy spirit, mind and body.
A fun, total body workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome. No dance experience required!
Have fun and burn calories together as a family! Zumba is a mix of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps in a party atmosphere. One adult is required for every two children.
Perfect for active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba® class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity. Easy-to-follow Zumba® choreography focuses on balance, range of motion, coordination and of course…FUN!
Lightweight maraca-like toning sticks enhance your sense of rhythm and coordination, while toning target zones, including arms, core and lower body.
