Senior Center Trips

Each trip description below includes an exertion level number. This is a generalization of the exertion levels that participants can expect on a trip.

High Plains Chautauqua (5)


High Plains Chautauqua will bring nine intriguing figures from history to the stage in Greeley Aug 2-6. Chautauqua offers a unique blend of theater, history, and the humanities under the big tent where audiences meet and engage in conversation with personalities from the past. The event takes place in the Aims Community College campus and is open to the public. The festival theme and itinerary will be available closer to the event. Fee includes transportation. Lunch on your own. Cancellation Deadline: July 28

Supper Club- Rosarios Peruvian (2)


We visit a different restaurant each month to enjoy company and dining.  This month we will visit Rosarios in Longmont.  We love this little gem of a place that offers traditional Peruvian food. Fee includes transportation and escort. Dinner, drinks, and tip on your own. Cancellation Deadline: Aug 1

Colorado Rockies vs Atlanta Braves (5)


Join us for popcorn and peanuts as we visit Coors Field to see the Colorado Rockies take on the Atlanta Braves. Seats are located in the shade. Fee includes transportation, ticket, parking and escort. Cancellation Deadline: August 10.

Mardi Gras Casino (3)


Feeling lucky? Sit back and relax as you are comfortably taken to the Mardi Gras Casino in Blackhawk. The casino package includes $10 food credit, $5 free play on card, and free drinks while gambling. A player’s card must be used to earn and receive the package. Strolls


Strolls are designed to give you an opportunity to enjoy the outdoors, take a leisurely walk, and take in some sights. Strolls vary in length, so wear sturdy walking shoes and dress in layers. Don’t forget water.

Enchanted Mesa and McLintock Nature Trail (Easy)


This trail is a 2 mile loop trail located near Boulder that features a river and is good for all skill levels. The trail is primarily used for hiking, trail running and nature trips
