Session Fees and Registration
Classes are running month to month through March. Gymnasts must re-register each month. Registration will open two weeks prior to the start of the month. Click here to view the class fees and descriptions.
12 week sessions will resume starting March 29.
Classes run on twelve sessions. Once a participant is signed up for a session, they are committed through the end of the session. Participants can register during the session if space is available. District registration begins three weeks prior to the start of a session. Non District registration begins two weeks prior to the start of a session.
Make-up classes and refunds are not offered for missed classes. Refunds will not be permitted after seven days past a session's start date.
In case of inclement weather that may result in CVPRD closure, the Carbon Valley Parks and Recreation District web site will announce the closure of the gymnastics program. If communication does not mention cancellation, all classes are as scheduled. Staff will continuously assess conditions while evaluating decisions made by St. Vrain Valley School District, Town/City Public Works Departments, current and forecasted weather, and internal policies/procedures. In the case of cancellations, credits will be provided on your account.
During this time of the Covid-19 pandemic, it is critical that employees and participants do not come to gymnastics while ill or experiencing Covid-19 symptoms. Anyone who is ill or showing symptoms, will be sent home. Once they are symptom free for 72 hours, they may return to work/practice. With everyone’s help in doing so, we can continue to keep our doors open. Participants must wear masks to enter the facility, between events, bathroom use, and to exit (during events gymnast may take their masks off). All those not participating must wear their masks while in the facility.
With school is back in session, it is even more important to follow the above guidelines. We will be following the school quarantining guidelines. If your child is asked to quarantine by their school, we are asking that you also quarantine from gymnastics. If your child has been exposed to someone who has tested positive for the virus and needs to quarantine, this also applies. Please email myself email@example.com of your child’s quarantine, with a note from your doctor or the document from the school stating that your child must quarantine with an end date to receive a refund for missed classes due to Covid-19.
