Core Fusion Yoga Starts Monday February 12 Join us every Monday and Wednesday from 6:45 - 7:45 am for our new Core Fusion Yoga class. The class strengthens and stretches your entire mind, body, and spirit, with a focus on your core, the home of your physical and mental strength, increasing your ability to show up in your life with more balance, authenticity, and confidence. This class is a fusion of Vinyasa yoga as well as holding postures where you build upon your strength and balance. Modifications are offered for more advanced postures.
